The only person who can give you true wisdom is from deep within yourself, but getting to that point needs a teacher. There are thousands of books and websites. But with this path not only do you find conflicting information but end up with more questions than when you started.
What you need is some one that has walked this hard path and spent a life time experiencing phenomena who has studied trained to high levels.
